Presentation of apartments
The complex consists of a ground floor, and first and second floors. There are two elevated apartments on the Ground Floor, 1 and 2. On the first floor are three apartments 3, 4 and 5. There are also three apartments on the second floor: 6, 7, and 8. Like most 1960s apartment blocks, VOTSALA does not have an elevator.
Access:
Six low steps lead up to the ground-floor apartments. The entrance to the apartments on the first floor is 26 low steps. Second-floor apartments are up 46 low steps.
Where will you sleep?
All bedrooms are equipped with queen-size beds, and anatomical Prime mattresses of the award-winning company Media Strom with an ECO-TECH standard 100 certificate of protection against harmful substances, to rest after a tiring day of work or sightseeing.
Also from the Media Strom company come the sofas/double beds that turn the living room into a second bedroom for additional guests.
All linens used are Down Town Home High Quality Linen, synonymous with exceptional quality and a symbol of comfort and softness, 300 thread count cotton satin combed.
An extra set of bed linen is available to all guests.
Sitting room
All the furniture, furnishing fabrics, curtains, and winter wall carpets are selected based on natural materials, aesthetics, and respect for the environment. The highly aesthetic knitted lamps are imported exclusively for VOTSALA from a women's cooperative in the villages of Atlas in Morocco.
Kitchen
It has a fridge with freezer, electric stove with oven, microwave oven, air fryer, toaster, kettle, nespresso coffee machine with aeroccino.
At your disposal are Nespresso coffee capsules, varieties of sugar, sea salt, pepper, oregano, pure olive oil.
Bathroom
- Full bathroom for a refreshing shower, equipped with hairdryer.
- Personal hygiene and body care products of high standards are available, OLIVIA PAPOUTSANIS series from ingredients of natural origin with respect for the environment and sustainable development.
- The bathrooms are equipped with high quality towels, 100% Egyptian cotton, soft and absorbent.
- Soft, fluffy bathrobes are provided for guests.
What do all the apartments in the building offer
- All rooms are equipped with a smart TV.
- Fast Wi-Fi
- All apartments have air conditioning, heating and cooling. It is activated by closing the windows.
- A washing machine, wooden ironing board with wooden pegs, wooden ironing board, and steam iron are at the disposal of the guests of each apartment.
- First aid kit.
- Vacuum cleaner and a full line of cleaning supplies.
- Kitchen with all the necessary equipment.
Safety
Each apartment has a lockbox containing the key and the electricity board. The locks in the apartments are automatically updated and a new unique code is assigned to every lodging. The door will close behind you ensuring that you and your belongings are safe.
- Smoke Detectors.
- Fire extinguishers on each floor & apartment.
- Apartments with balconies are not safe for children 1-8 years old.
