  • Quiet hours: 22:00 - 07:00
  • Respect the Peace - No Parties
    Keeping noise levels down helps maintain a good relationship with our community and avoids you experiencing any neighbor complaints.
  • No pets allowed
  • No smoking or vaping in the apartment
    Please smoke outside, where you’ll find chairs, a table, and an ashtray.
  • No Extra Guests
    If you plan to have visitors during the day, no problem. But please make sure the only guests who stay overnight are those listed in your reservation.

Informations

Aircondition:

Our apartment is equipped with an automatic a/c shut-off system and the a/c will not operate with open windows. If you want to operate the a/c please make sure that all windows are closed.

Kitchen:

Tap water is potable in Piraeus.

Bathroom:

  • Please DO NOT THROW PAPER in the toilet, there is a danger of geting sewage pipes blocked (this applies EVERYWHERE in Greece).
  • Bathroom heater:
    Press the button switch, that is out of the bathroom, with the marking “Bathroom heater ON” and the heating element in the bathroom will turn on. Be aware of the on device switch that can be toggled from the little rope that hangs from the heater. The switch positions can be OFF / 500 / 1000 (set in OFF position the device will not be turned on using the switch button).
    If you do not turn off the heating element manually, it will automatically turn off after 15 minutes.

Outdoor Areas:

A Little Care for the Plants and Outdoor Furniture
For stays longer than 2 nights, we would be very grateful if you could:

  • Water the balcony or yard plants (for ground floor apartments) every 2–3 days.
  • Bring the cushions from the outdoor furniture inside when you're not using them, to protect them from moisture and dust.

Check-out Details

Handling Damages

  • Accidents happen. If something gets damaged, please let us know so we can take care of it.
  • Please lock all the windows and doors.
  • Leaving the apartment, place the key in the lockbox and close it.
  • Please let us know if you have any questions or request during your stay. We are always happy to assist our guests. Enjoy your stay!
